My Account

How do I activate my account on the website?

Please check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for the activation email. The email will contain a unique activation code. To activate your account, log in to the website and navigate to the account activation page. Enter the provided activation code in the designated field and submit the form. If you did not receive the activation email or the activation code, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
I forgot my account password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

Owner Services

What services are available for owners?
As an owner, you can access a range of services, including gas bottle orders, winterization services, and more. Please visit the "Owner Services" section on the website to view the complete list of services available.
How can I request a gas bottle refill for my caravan?
To order a gas bottle refill, log in to your account and navigate to the "Owner Services" section. Select the option for gas bottle orders and follow the prompts to place your request. Our team will then arrange for the delivery of a new gas bottle to your caravan.

Guest Passes

How can I order guest passes for my visitors?
To order guest passes for your visitors, log in to your account and go to the "Guest Passes" section. Enter the required details, such as the number of passes needed and the dates of their visit. Once submitted, the passes will be prepared for collection at the park reception.
Can I order guest passes in advance?
Yes, you can order guest passes in advance. We recommend doing so to ensure a smooth check-in process for your guests. Simply log in to your account, visit the "Guest Passes" section, and provide the necessary information to order passes for the desired dates.

Balance Payments

How can I pay the balance for my caravan?
To pay the balance for your caravan, log in to your account and navigate to the "Balance Payments" section. You will be able to view your outstanding balance and make a payment securely using the available payment options.
Can I set up automatic payments for my caravan's balance?
At the moment, we do not offer automatic payment options for caravan balances. However, you can make regular payments manually through the website or contact our customer service team to discuss alternative arrangements.
Fees & Payments
Detailed information about park fees, including pitch fees, service charges, and any other applicable payments, can be found on the website. Visit the "Fees & Payments" section to access this information or contact our customer service team for further assistance.
How often are the park fees due?
Park fees are typically due annually or on a specified schedule, as outlined in your agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact our customer service team to confirm the frequency and due dates for your specific caravan.
